For fiscal year 2019, St. Patrick Center's goal is to serve of least 310 veteran households, with of least 248 households achieving and/or maintaining housing stability. Your generous gift will allow St. Patrick Center to continue reintegrating chronically homeless veterans and other highly vulnerable homeless families and individuals into the community by addressing their basic needs for housing and providing ongoing support. It remains our privilege to work with the Kaufman Fund to help homeless and at-risk individuals and families. We are deeply honored you have chosen to continue to support our agency's effort to end homelessness in the St. Louis region. We look forward to continuing our partnership and collaboration with you for years to come. We commit to submitting an accurate report in a timely manner as proud recipients of this grant.

Duo Dogs LetterThank you for your wonderful donation which we received on 2/6/2019. We are absolutely thrilled that you have chosen to invest in transforming lives by unleashing the unique power of dogs. Thanks to donations such as yours, our programs continue to fill our facility with puppies, and dogs--both service and touch. Through advanced training we are able to connect these dogs with future clients. Within the last two months we have had ongoing team training where clients are being paired and educated on how to handle their service dog as well as learning what the dog can do for them. We also have three trained dogs going out to facilities. The circle is completed from a new puppy to a well-trained service dog and/or an adult dog trained to bring joy and happiness to people in such places as hospitals. With your help we continue to do great things and create a life-changing experience for everyone involved in raising and training these extraordinary dogs. You are truly making a difference!

UMSL Letter, On behalf of the faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends of the College of Arts and Sciences at UMSL, I want to thank you for The Kaufman Fund's recent gift for the Veteran's Center. I joined the University as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences in July and am so excited to expand the reach of this wonderful college and university. Working with our outstanding faculty, I envision cultivating interdisciplinary relationships within the College and across campus, collaborating with community organizations and fortifying corporate partnerships. I am eager to learn the UMSL community and look forward to meeting you throughout the journey. We will be building upon a strong tradition of excellence. This past May, UMSL conferred a degree to its 100,000th graduate marking a significant milestone for our young university. The celebration took place during the College of Arts and Sciences commencement ceremony with graduate Marco Pipoly receiving his B.S. in Psychology. Marco will go on to pursue a research fellowship in a neuroscience Ph.D. program, and serves as a stellar example of the kinds of graduates that UMSL produces. Thanks to you, we look forward to educating another 100,000 graduates who will leave their positive impact upon the St. Louis region and beyond. Our achievements are only possible through your support.

Thank you so much for your contribution to benefit NCJW's 2019 Back to School! Store and Kids Community Closet. Your gift helps deserving, low-income St. Louis grade-schoolers get to school on the first day and stay in school all year long! Your donation is fully tax-deductible. NCJVV's 18th annual Back to School! Store will be July 21, 2019 at Temple Israel and will serve more than 1,300 children. Each child will be accompanied by a "personal shopper" to select a new outfit, winter coat, shoes, backpack, school supplies, personal care items and a new book. Parents and guardians of participating children can receive valuable child health and safety information in the Family Resource Center. In addition, children who attend the Store are eligible to receive free vision and dental screenings onsite. And although the Back to School! Store is just one day, NCJW strives to help children stay in school all year long. Your gift also supports the Kids Community Closet program which provides emergency clothing and winter coats to children at their schools, where they need it most. NCJW operates closets that serve children in twenty-three elementary schools in St. Louis Public Schools, Ferguson-Florissant, Normandy Schools Cooperative, University City, Ritenour and Hazelwood School Districts. Your contribution helps make the Back to School! Store and the Kids Community Closet program possible. We truly appreciate your support and, on behalf of the children, thank you!

Thank you very much for your generous grant to CHAMP Assistance Dogs, to help us place service dogs with veterans. We are very grateful for your support of our mission, and please know that this grant helps to change lives. CHAMP Assistance Dogs is a 501 non-profit organization which places skilled service dogs with people who have disabilities, to help them lead lives of greater independence. We place these specially trained dogs with these qualified partners free-of-charge. CHAMP is proud to provide service dogs for veterans, and your generous support helps to make this possible. We also thank you for the check which represents CHAMP's share of the proceeds from the fundraiser at Raising Cane's on 11/7/18. We appreciated The Kaufman Fund inviting CHAMP to participate in that fundraiser and we are so glad that both of our organizations could benefit from the funds raised that day. We are very grateful for The Kaufman Fund's ongoing support of CHAMP Assistance Dogs, and we look forward to placing more service dogs with veterans.
